Tim is the founder of Ashfield Group. He oversees the logistics side of the business, ensuring that materials and equipment are delivered to site when they are required. He also plays an important role in debt chasing and ensures all suppliers and sub contractors are paid on time.

Edward is the Managing Director of Ashfield Group. In addition to taking responsibility for the general management of the company he also oversees the sales division, often getting personally involved in securing each client contract.

Barry is the Operations Director of Ashfield Group. His main responsibility is overseeing the entire project delivery team to ensure our clients projects are delivered on time and to budget. He also manages relationships with our clients.

Archie is responsible for the preparation of accurate measurements and cost workings for all tender bids based on the drawings and contract details supplied by our clients.

Jim is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to ensure we are pre-qualified to work for them and that we get a steady flow of opportunities to win. He also manages the marketing and social media for the company.

Mark is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to ensure we are prequalified to work for them and that we get a steady flow of opportunities to win. He also assists the directors in the bid management and negotiations for each project.

David keeps a very close eye on the financial aspects of each project delivery to ensure that all our applications are accurate and timely and that we meet all our contractual obligations.

Shanes main role is the management of our larger contracts including the quality and timelieness of all work and allocation of labour to each site. He has been in the industry for decades and is highly experienced in all things stone.

Bradley is our number cruncher! His main task is to keep track of all our costs in relation to each specific project and to drive further efficiency through the business.

Adrian is our senior site manager and is lucky enough to be responsible for the day to day running of our most prestigious and complex sites.

Rachel Shaw
Rachel is our project assistant and works very closely with Barry and the site teams to ensure that things keep running smoothly. Her responsibilities cover a wide spectrum from ensuring our installers are paid correctly, through to keeping our H & S and accreditations right up to date.
